*Note that SpriFi is now an incorporated company, and not an LLC anymore. We have made the transition to a Corporation from a Limited Liability Company (LLC). We strongly recommend you not to use LLC to refer to us and recommend the usage of SpriFi Inc.
USE LICENSE 📝
Permission is granted to download copy of the materials (information or software) on SpriFi's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SpriFi's website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by SpriFi at any time. TRADEMARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 👑
The SpriFi Logo and Logotype, ShareFleets Logo and Logotype are registered trademarks of SpriFi Inc. We are revising our guidelines for the public usage of the brand's trademarks and intellectual properties. Until we publish the guidelines, you may not use any of the trademarks/intellectual properties for commercial purposes, UNLESS GIVEN PRIOR PERMISSION regarding the same.
REFERRING TO SPRIFI ※
To mention or refer to SpriFi, SpriFi Inc. or ShareFleets, you may use the respective words with a trademark symbol (such as SpriFi ™) representing that it belongs to SpriFi Inc. Note that you should always mention the word SpriFi as SpriFi or SPRIFI (any other form of styling is not allowed except for 'sprifi' when referring to web address).
We recommend you to always make the word SpriFi in bold, and in case you want to give color to the word other than white and black, we recommend you to use the SpriFi's official brand colors known as 'SpriFi Blue: #008FFD' or 'SpriFi Pink: #FF00EE'. Use these colors appropriately for dark and light backgrounds to make it visible. You may not use any other color for formatting the word. You are not allowed to italicize, underline or add any other formatting to the word. As of now, until we publish the guidelines for trademarks and intellectual property use, you are strictly not allowed to use the SpriFi Logo and Logotype without permission. You are always free to provide hyperlinks to SpriFi website. The most ideal styles we recommend are: SpriFi™ or SpriFi™.
AGE REQUIREMENTS 👶
You must be atleast 13 years of age to use the services of SpriFi except for SpriFi Messenger for which users from the United Kingdom must be atleast 16 years old and users from rest of the world must be atleast 12 years old (according to Telegram's Terms of Service, since SpriFi Messenger uses Telegram API).
LIMITATIONS 🚫
In no event shall SpriFi or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SpriFi's website, even if SpriFi or a SpriFi authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

All the contents and materials available for viewing and usage are provided by SpriFi Developers only. Though SpriFi contains third-party services, SpriFi never allows access to any third-party companies to modify the contents of SpriFi website, apps and web-services.

ELISA AI by SPRIFI 🤖
Elisa is an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered, chat language model, developed by SpriFi Developers that utilizes natural language processing to provide automated responses to user input. The purpose of our AI services is to provide users with a conversational experience in which they can engage with the AI model to receive automated responses. You may use Elisa AI for personal or commercial purposes as long as it is in compliance with these terms and any applicable laws or regulations. You agree not to use Elisa AI for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

- Elisa AI Chat (Google Gemini Pro API)
- Elisa AI Image Creator (Lexica.art API)
- Legacy SpriFi AI (OpenAI ChatGPT API)
- Native Elisa multimodal AI model
Accuracy of Responses: Elisa AI's responses are generated by an artificial intelligence model, and as such, may not always be accurate or reliable. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the responses provided by Elisa AI, and we are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on those responses.
Technical Errors: Elisa AI may experience technical errors, including but not limited to, interruptions in service, data loss, or other malfunctions. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from these technical errors.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for their use of SpriFi AI, including but not limited to, the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide to SpriFi AI, and any decisions or actions taken based on the responses provided by SpriFi AI. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from a user's use of SpriFi AI.
SpriFi's AI services use variety of AI models from different AI companies. We use OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google's Gemini, SpriFi's native Elisa for text generations, image creations and other AI features throughout SpriFi and thus we would recommend you to check and comply to respective terms and conditions.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS 💳
SpriFi Premium is a subscription-based service that offers exclusive benefits to our users, including access to premium content and features. SpriFi Premium is offered in three subscription tiers - Basic, Pro and Enterprise with variable pricing that would cater to every user.
All payments made for SpriFi Premium are processed securely through UPI payment gateway. SpriFi does not store any payment details of its users. Netbanking, credit/debit card users must be aware of the rules and regulations of whichever bank they are using. Your subscription will not auto-renew each month unless you choose to (due to RBI regulations). You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your SpriFi account. We are working on other methods of payments also which will be made available soon. SpriFi reserves the right to change the subscription fee for SpriFi Premium or modify the benefits offered under the subscription at any time. In the event that a payment made by a user is declined or fails to be processed for any reason, SpriFi will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the failure to process the payment.
SpriFi may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend the subscription or donation account of any user who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any illegal or fraudulent activity. SpriFi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions via email or through the SpriFi website.
Donations made to SpriFi are completely voluntary, optional and non-refundable. As of now, SpriFi does not display any ads or affiliate links. Premium subscription and donations are the only ways we grow. We are always thankful for your donations.
ACCURACY OF CONTENTS 💯
Though we pay utmost care for the content on SpriFi's website and services to be error-free, the materials appearing on SpriFi's website or services may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SpriFi does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. SpriFi may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However SpriFi does not make any commitment to update the materials.
LINKS AND ENDORSEMENTS 🔗
SpriFi has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by SpriFi of the site. Endorsements by SpriFi will be mentioned always. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
ADVERTISEMENTS 🎫
As of now SpriFi does not include any advertisements except the website host's banner. But, SpriFi may include advertisements in its websites and services through Google AdSense or SpriFi Ads Service or through any other third-party ad services.
USE OF DEVELOPER TOOLS 👨💻
Use of Developer Tools such as Inspect Element, etc. to tweak or modify the contents of SpriFi services and sharing those is strictly prohibited, and is liable to legal action. However, SpriFi allows the usage of Developer Tools to view the source codes for educational purposes. Moreover, SpriFi periodically publishes the source code directly in the Developers page for educational purposes under SpriFi Open Source Projects. Thus, SpriFi recommends the use of the published source code rather than inspecting through a browser or any other methods.
FONTS AND TYPEFACES 🗚
SpriFi has acquired proper licenses for the fonts and typefaces used in SpriFi website and our other products for commercial, non-commercial uses and publishing. Fonts used in third-party services promoted through SpriFi are not under the responsibility of SpriFi. The rights are defined in the End User License Agreement (EULA). We majorly use these fonts:
PT Sans - in SpriFi Logo and H2 heading texts [Open Font License]
Roboto - in general texts [Apache License, Version 2.0]
In case your browser does not support these fonts, the site will still be visible in Times New Roman typeface.
DARK MODE AND LEGIBILITY OF CONTENTS 🌑
SpriFi provides the ability to switch between dark and light theme in its website and other services. Dark mode makes it easy for the eyes to read paragraphs. This becomes more helpful when the site is viewed in a smartphone. Though we pay utmost care in making the contents legible and intuitive, contents may become illegible during use of dark mode. Switch between themes at your own risk. If you are unable to see texts or contents, you can just use the light theme instead. We are always working to improve the user experience.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES ⋯
SpriFi provides a lot of small but effective features to improve the user experience such as Dark Mode, Scroll to top button, widgets, etc. Use of these features are under the users' own risks. However, you are free to report the bugs, if any, through our feedback page.
MODIFICATIONS 🖉
SpriFi may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
GOVERNING LAW 🕮
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
